Case Manager

(Part-Time)

 

Primary Responsibility: Conduct Intakes & Provide Resources/Referrals/Supervision to Guests

 

Shift & Hours: Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays / 5pm to 9pm / in-person

 

Salary: $29.00/hour

 

*Experience with HMIS a Plus*

 

*Bilingual a Plus*
